Apple Porridge



Serves 2
Ingredients



½ cup rolled oats

½ cup water
¾ cup non dairy milk (oat, almond or rice)
2 small apples – peeled, cored & diced
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Method

Place all ingredients except cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to the boil
Turn the heat down and simmer until oats are soft and porridge has
thickened
Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve immediately
Variations - add sultanas or dried cranberries before cooking
